Lost or can’t find your Client Keeper download?
DON'T PANIC! When you submit your secure order online, you are sent
an "order confirmation" e-mail that has your activation
key and also contains a direct link to the download page. So, even
if you receive an error during the download process, lightning strikes
your system or your computer crashes, you can still download Client
Keeper for 7 (seven) days from the original date of purchase!
What do I do if I didn't receive my "Order Confirmation"
e-mail?
If you do not receive your order confirmation e-mail message within
a few minutes of purchasing Client Keeper online, please check your
Spam, Junk or Bulk Mail folder. Spam filters are great, but sometimes
important emails (like those from CK Systemz) are accidentally sent
to your Junk Mail folder instead of your Inbox. If this happened
to you, select the order confirmation e-mail message and click This
is Not Spam, which will allow future messages to get through.
Is Client Keeper Available for Mac OS, Linux, Palm OS or
Pocket PC?
Yes! While the official Mac Version of Client Keeper is being developed,
you can use third-party Mac software which allows you to run Client
Keeper is your OSX environment. Additionally, by using Microsoft
Outlook or Outlook Express, you can easily synch Client Keeper with
your handheld Palm or Pocket PC device!
