Why does CKSystemZ provide only Email Support and not phone or other?

Because we sell only software products throughout the U.S, Providing phone support would make the cost of our software much higher and we at CKSystemZ one of our goals is better software at a lower price. Phone support would have to be passed on to our customer. While email support has become an industry standard we have found using this type is not only fast both for the customer but gives our support team time to reproduce the problem which gives back to the customer a research solution in a timely manner. Our email technical support is free for the life of the software. Unlike other software companies that charge per call or only a limited time per support ticket.

Please make sure that you do not have spam filters turned on or that our email is not on your blacklist (zoominternet, AOL, Hotmail of any kind, ETC and other ISP’s) if you do use any type of email security please make sure CKSystemZ’s is in your list of address’s that are allowed. If you do not hear from our support team within 24 hrs you must resubmit your ticket we are not responsible for emails lost in your spam or junk, email security program.

Registration keys are sent out at the same time with your orders. The number one most reason for not getting your order/Key is a spam filter or some type of security application that you or your ISP is using.
